Design systems that values users and contributors through trust, stability, and long-term alignment instead of short-term gains. 

2. Feedback mechanisms

Set up user-to-engineer feedback loops to enable rapid innovation, fast invalidation of weak solutions, and reversible supplier choices. 

3. Enable stable interfaces for User-Level Modifiability
Design systems with well-defined, stable interfaces that allow end users to safely modify, extend, and adapt functionality at the edge, unlocking faster iteration and a broader solution space. 

4. Scale Successful Innovations Sustainably
Allow decentralized, user-driven discovery at the frontline, while maintaining  pathways for centralized validation, standardization, and scaling. Keep versioning on cloud and off hardware.

5. Treat All Problems as an opportunity for process improvement.
Every failure, constraint, or inefficiency is an opportunity for process improvement.
